Sonder House Rules

Welcome and thank you for your interest in Sonder (“Special”, “we” or “us”) and our website in www.sonder.com and our websites, networks, applications, mobile applications and other related services that we provide (collectively, the “Services”). The terms “Sonder”, “we”, “us”, “our” refer to Sonder Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliates. These Terms of Service (together with the Additional Terms (defined in Section 18.5), the “Agreement”) and, for users outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, our Privacy Policy (defined in Section 18.6)) govern your use of the Service and Properties (defined in Section 1). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and us with respect to your use of the Service and Property. Failure to use the Service or Property in accordance with this Agreement may result in civil and criminal penalties. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING “I AGREE” (OR WORDS WITH SIMILAR EFFECT), DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE OR FEATURES, OR ENTERING INTO A SEPARATE AGREEMENT WITH SONDER EXPRESSLY INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE INTO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD AND, AS A CONDITION OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR FEATURES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT OR AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, YOU DO NOT HAVE OUR PERMISSION OR RIGHT TO USE THE SERVICE OR FEATURES. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR PROPERTY AND OUR PROVISION OF THE SERVICE TO YOU AND YOUR EXPRESS LICENSE OR PERMISSION TO USE THE PROPERTIES (IF ANY) CONSTITUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN US AND YOU TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. NOTICE OF ARBITRATION FOR USERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM (“UNITED KINGDOM”) AND THE EUROPEAN UNION (“EU”). Except for certain types of disputes described in Section 17, you agree that any dispute arising out of this Agreement will be resolved by binding individual arbitration; and BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AND SONEACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDINGS.

YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend your rights under this Agreement (except for matters that may be brought in Small Claims Court). Your rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT by a judge or jury. (See Section 17 for details.) If you use real estate-related services in the United States or a country other than Mexico and Canada, you are contracting with Sonder Hospitality USA Inc. If you use services related to real estate in Canada, you are contracting with Sonder Hospitality Canada Inc. If you use services in the context of multifamily apartments in Mexico, you are contractually bound to Sonder Stay México, S. de R.L. de C.V. If you use services related to hotel real estate in Mexico, you are contractually bound to Sonder Hotels México, S.

de R.L. de C.V. Please note that we reserve the right to replace any registered supplier at any time without notice. Other special companies (“Special Support Facilities”) may provide services, including janitorial, housekeeping, customer support and other assistance services in connection with your use of the Properties. Special Support Facilities do not have the authority or obligation to provide services or goods under the contract with you. Likewise, you do not have a contractual relationship with special support entities. Special Support Entities are not authorized to act as agents for a vendor of record. You have received a booking summary as a result of your use of certain services provided by Sonder Corp. or one of Sonder`s affiliates or subsidiaries (collectively, “Sonder”). In order to finalize your accommodation reservation, you must enter into this accommodation agreement between you and Sonder as the host of the accommodation. Your booking will not be confirmed until you have accepted the terms of this agreement. All capitalized terms that are not defined here have the meaning ascribed to them in the Sonder rules.

When is the best time to complete your online registration process? [1] These Special House Rules are expressly incorporated into the Special Terms of Use between you and us (“Terms of Use”) and are “Additional Terms” as defined. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Special Terms. These special house rules apply during your stay in a special accommodation (the “Special”). You hereby defend, indemnify and hold harmless the host, Sonder and their respective third party suppliers, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, heirs, directors, agents, successors and assigns from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys` fees and costs) incurred by Host (or its representatives) or any of the foregoing parties arising out of or in connection with any breach or alleged breach by you of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, this Section 6. In the event of a violation or suspected violation, your account with Sonder may be terminated in accordance with the Special Rules. How does Sonder store and protect my personal information?
