This month, we present a creation by our brewer David, which will be available tomorrow @stbcemptypint from 2pm and will be available during the Halloween weekend! About this beer 👇 Aurora Obscura is a session breakfast stout designed and brewed by STBC Brewer David. The grainbill contains Marris otter and a generous amount of oatmeal. It is complemented by cocoa nibs, locally roasted coffee from Stedman Corners Roasters and maple syrup from Big Tree Maple just across the street from the brewery. This beer still has the full body of its superior ABV counterparts, but only comes in at 4.8% ABV. Aurora Obscura gives you all the toasted and toasted notes of a traditional stout with the added benefit of being able to make it a session. The inspiration behind David`s beer was to grab a drink for Premier League Soccer`s early morning kick-off and the fast-approaching World Cup tournament. There`s nothing like spending time with friends, enjoying a sumptuous breakfast and sipping a few beers while cheering on your team to victory.
